Project Details
This Academy was created to be a continuous learning platform for the clients of Scuola di Palo Alto. The goal was to create a user-friendly website that conveyed corporate credibility, while staying modern and agile. Scuola di Palo Alto also needed consultancy regarding the development of a custom studio to record the courses that were going to be in the Palo Alto Academy.
My Role in this Project
As a Digital Transformation Consultant
During the pandemic, Scuola di Palo Alto was in dire need to upgrade their digital offer to their existing clients.
So they turned to me to understand what could have been the best approach to level up their current online training offers. After a deep analysis of what was the best system and the best strategy to get a working environment fit for a Digital Academy, I proceeded to design a powerful and optimized Studio for the recording of all the video content. I then suggested the videographer that would have taken care of the recording and the editing.
As an LMS Developer
The first part for creating the platform was choosing the right tool. So I opted for LearnWorlds back in 2020, when the LMS environment was considered a novelty in Europe and these tools were just starting to get more popular.
I then proceeded to create the whole infrastructure of the platform that now hosts 3000+ individuals coming from several companies across Italy.
As an Art Director
I conceived the visual identity of the Academy alongside the graphic design team, making sure the final result had a modern but professional look. The green tone of the whole Academy was born as a direct confrontation to most of the learning platforms that have existed until then, where the orange and "business" blue have always been the norm. I then proceeded to create the full asset pack for all of the elements present in every one of the 130 courses that exist inside the Academy.
